Before we get started, here’s a little about me. I’m Janey, the nurse practitioner at the Colonnade After Ours location. Additionally, I am a certified personal trainer and a certified sports nutritionist. I have always been active and athletic, but it wasn’t until a few years ago that I learned the importance of nutrition in reaching all my aesthetic and athletic goals. I can’t wait to share all I’ve learned with you and can’t wait to see everyone crush their goals!

I will try to make all posts as clear and concise as possible but they will all contain a TL;DR (too long didn’t read) section to summarize all the information for you.
